8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of ph771 services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. Prior to initiating arbitration, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, either party may proceed to arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon both parties.

9. Account Closure and Termination

ph771 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspicious or fraudulent activity, regulatory requirements, or business reasons. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform immediately ceases. You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support, provided that all outstanding obligations are settled and all wagering requirements are fulfilled.

Upon account closure, whether voluntary or involuntary, any remaining account balance (excluding forfeited bonuses or winnings obtained through prohibited activities) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of all verification procedures and settlement of any outstanding obligations to ph771.
